We recommend that, once we have shortlisted potential applicants for you, you have an initial face-to-face interview at your home or at our offices.
Please be aware that English will not be the first language of many applicants, so interviews should be informal, and questioning should be uncomplicated, e.g., asking about their families and interests, why they are working in the UK, and which aspects of domestic work they do best.
A candidate may be able to undertake a trial day.
Following a successful appointment and upon receipt of the agency fee within 7 days of the invoice date, we are happy to offer a 6-month guarantee, during which time we will do our best to replace your staff if you are not completely satisfied.
